I'm Duncan. Originally from New Zealand but settled in Edinburgh 9 years ago. I am married and Dad to 4 very energetic daughters. My wife and I, eat, sleep and breathe health and fitness. I enjoy getting out on my bike so always up for a mountain biking session to combine fitness and fun.
Hello, I'm Lucie. Mum to 4 amazing daughters. It is a honour and responsibility to help and guide individuals through their journeys. I am a big fan of weight lifting but also enjoy going for a run. Okay, I don't enjoy running but I love the runners high. We also have several ponies, dogs, a cat and a hamster.

I have a background as a chef and an interest in nutrition and healthy eating. My passion to help people extends into the kitchen and creating opportunities to help clients with their prepping and cooking skills, to make healthy eating even easier.
