I'm Duncan. Still just the right side of 40. I'm from Aotearoa (New Zealand) originally. I am married and a Dad to 3 very energetic daughters. We also have several ponies, dogs and a hamster.

I am a Level 3 REPs registered Certified Personal Trainer. I also hold certification in nutritional planning, circuit training and gym based boxing.
