I'm Duncan. Still just the right side of 40. Originally from New Zealand but settled in Edinburgh 9 years ago. I am married and a dad to 4 very energetic daughters. We also have several ponies, dogs and a kitten.
Adopting new fitness habits can be difficult and time consuming. My goal as a personal trainer is to change your view on fitness, making exercise and fitness a part of who you are and your lifestyle. Through personal training and practising healthy habits you can be supported to achieve a healthy lifestyle and to LIVE MHOR.
I have a background as a chef and an interest in nutrition and healthy eating. My passion to help people extends into the kitchen and creating opportunities to help clients with their prepping and cooking skills, to make healthy eating even easier.
Just remember nutrition and fitness go hand in hand,
